When you give or receive a new piece of fine jewelry, the last thing you want is to worry about is future repairs and aesthetic needs.
The JM Care Plan covers necessary future repairs to your jewelry, for either the lifetime of your item (JM Lifetime Care Plan) or for a period of (3) years (JM 3-Year Care Plan)
From resizing, prong repair, rhodium plating, polishing, and more, the JM Care Plan provides peace-of-mind for your next purchase. Even if you move, the plan moves with you and provides insured shipping back to us.

Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance are not covered under the JM Lifetime Care Plan.
The JM Care Plan is a service policy, not insurance.
For comprehensive jewelry insurance, please consider obtaining coverage from Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance.
Purchase your JM Care Plan at the same time as your jewelry purchase. A plan must be purchased for each individual piece of jewelry and does not cover multiple items. For instance, if you want the benefits of the JM Care Plan for your wedding set (engagement ring and wedding band), a plan must be purchased for each ring.
The plan covers any repairs necessary for the lifetime of your jewelry item. The program maxes out once you reach the total value of the piece in repairs, which is typically the expected life of the piece.
After you have purchased your JM Lifetime Care Plan, and your jewelry requires servicing, please reach out to us by phone or email. You must have your receipt and JM Care Plan brochure as proof of coverage.
Your item will be repaired, assuming the damage is repairable, so long as the cost to repair does not exceed the cost of the original product. Otherwise, it will be replaced.
Simply give your receipt and JM Care Plan brochure to the recipient, and coverage is transferred.
Unfortunately, your receipt and JM Care Plan brochure are your only record of having purchased coverage. There is no alternate way to file a claim.
3-year JM Care Plans are only renewable as 3-year plans after the term expires. They cannot be changed to lifetime plans.
